2014 RETURN POLICY 

***WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER BEING 

   ISSUED IN ADVANCE OF THE RETURN. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

***WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS AT ANY TIME.

   THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

 

1] TO GET AN RGA NUMBER:

   A] ONLY FAXED OR E-MAILED REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND 

      PROCESSED; NO VERBALS FOR ANY REASON ACCEPTED.

   B] YOU MUST PROVIDE THE INVOICE NUMBER THAT RETURNED 

      ITEM WAS PURCHASED ON.       

   C] WE REQUIRE A REASON FOR A RETURN AND/OR EXPLANATION 

      OF THE PROBLEM.

 

2] TO RETURN AN ITEM WITH AN RGA NUMBER:

   A] THE RGA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE 

      OUTSIDE OF BOX WITH A MARKER PEN OR PRINTED LABEL.  

   B] A COPY OF THE INVOICE THE RETURNED ITEM WAS PURCHASED 

      ON MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURN.

   C] ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO US FREIGHT PREPAID.

   D] USING OUR SHIPPING ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRIOR "WRITTEN" 

      APPROVAL RISKS IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

   

3] RESOLUTION OF RETURNED ITEMS:

   A] ACCEPTED ITEMS WILL BE CREDITED OR REPLACED AT OUR 

      DISCRETION. 20% RESTOCK CHARGE ON ALL NON DEFECTIVE 

      RETURNS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 90 DAYS DATE OF 

      INVOICE OR ANY ITEMS SCHEDULED TO BE DISCONTINUED. 

   B] ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT MAY BE 

      RETURNED WITH YOUR NEXT ORDER, RETURNED ON YOUR 

      UPS/FEDEX ACCOUNT OR DESTROYED AT YOUR DISCRETION.  

   C] AFTER 30 DAYS, ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT OR 

      REPLACEMENT WILL BE DISPOSED OF.

   D] SOME ITEMS WILL REQUIRE RETURN TO THE FACTORY OR 

      SUPPLIER FOR DETERMINATION OF WARRANTY. 

      *EXAMPLES ARE  AUTOMETER, BOSCH, EATON-CHARLYNN, 

      KENNEDY, MOST OTHER NATIONAL BRANDS.

      THESE ITEMS WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED FOR    

      RESOLUTION UNTIL WE CAN GET THEM RETURNED TO THE 

      SUPPLIER AND THE SUPPLIER TO NOFITIFY US AS TO THEIR 

      DETERMINATION OF WARRANTY. 

 

4] CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS:

   A] ALL NON DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURNED FOR CREDIT MUST BE 

   IN THEIR ORIGINAL "UNOPENED" PACKAGING AND BE FREE OF 

   ANY EVIDENCE OF INSTALLATION. NO ITEM WILL BE ACCEPTED 

   WITH PART NUMBER LABELS OTHER THAN THE ORIGINALS. 

   WRITING OF ANY KIND ON THE PACKAGE VOIDS THE POSSIBILITY 

   OF RETURN.

   B] ALL RETURNS AND DEFECTS MUST BE PROPERLY PACKED TO 

   AVOID ANY POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.

   C] DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL  

   PACKAGING AND PROPERLY PACKED TO AVOID ANY POSSIBILITY 

   OF DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT. 

 

5] RETURNS OF NATIONAL BRAND ITEMS:

   ALL NATIONAL BRAND WARRANTIES MUST BE ON A SEPARATE RGA 

   REQUEST. THIS WILL SPEED UP THE RETURN PROCESS. INCLUDES 

   EVERYTHING NOT MANUFACTURED BY LATEST RAGE.
